On May 16, fantasy author Sahira Javaid revealed the cover for her upcoming debut titled, Crowning Soul.
Javaid has pitched this novel as “InuYasha meets The City of Brass.” Crowning Soul is filled with hope, adventure, found family, InuYasha Easter eggs, love, jinn, according to the author.
Alongside the cover reveal, there was also an excerpt which you can read from the author’s post here. Javaid stated that her novel has “been a best friend to me all these years. It was like my own world to visit whenever I wanted to. Seeing old friends, making new ones and exploring a world that had so much adventure and hope. I want to share that hope, that journey with you all. I can’t wait for it to be a friend of yours.”
According to the author’s recent Tweet from May 18, she will also try to have pre-order incentives.
